Our apartments were created beneath our family home with one simple idea in mind: to offer guests a warm and personal hospitality experience. We wanted to stay close to the people who visit us, so that anything they may need during their stay, my parents are always there to help and make them feel comfortable and welcome. Located just 300 meters from the sea, our apartments combine comfort, personal care, and an ideal location — something that truly makes them special. More than just a place to stay, we hope our guests feel relaxed, cared for, and truly at home.
My name is Maria, I am 33 years old, and my roots come from Mani, a place known for its beauty, history, and strong traditions. I was born, raised, and studied in this beautiful town before moving to Germany seven years ago to follow my dream and build a better future. Leaving Greece was not an easy decision, but it was a step I took with hope, determination, and hard work. After seven years, I am finally proud to say that I achieved the goals and dreams that inspired me to leave my home country. These apartments were created with love and care beneath our family home, with the idea of offering guests not only a comfortable stay, but also a warm and personal hospitality experience. Today, my parents live in the house and are always there to welcome and assist our guests with anything they may need, making their stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Located just 300 meters from the sea, our apartments combine a perfect location with genuine family hospitality — something that truly makes them special.
Our neighborhood is one of the things that makes this place truly special. It is a quiet and friendly area where everyone knows each other, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. During the summer months, the area naturally becomes livelier because of the tourists and the beautiful seaside location, as the apartments are just a few steps from the beach. However, our street remains peaceful and relaxing, allowing guests to enjoy both the vibrant summer feeling and the calmness of a family neighborhood. The people here are warm, hospitable, and always ready to make visitors feel welcome
