Olive private Villa up to 12 is two-level villa offers luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples, or groups of friends. The villa features 5 bedrooms: 3 with double beds, 1 with a double bed and a sofa bed, and 1 with two single beds. It also has 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. One bathroom is en-suite with a shower, one shared bathroom has a shower, and the other shared bathroom has a bathtub with hydromassage. There is a spacious kitchen, a large living and dining area, and every room opens to balconies and/or terraces with beautiful views of the garden, pool, and surrounding landscape. The villa is surrounded by a private 4,000 sqm fenced garden with a private pool, sunbeds, lawn area, solar shower, BBQ, outdoor dining area, outdoor sitting areas, and a sun deck. For entertainment and fitness, guests can enjoy ping pong, a treadmill, and an elliptical machine. For safety reasons, security cameras are installed only in the exterior areas of the villa.

Just a 5-minute drive from the famous tourist area of Kolymbia and the beautiful sandy Tsambika Beach, this villa is ideally located for a relaxing holiday in Rhodes. Seven Springs, with its amazing tunnel and traditional tavernas, is less than a 10-minute drive away. Set in the heart of the eastern side of Rhodes, between Rhodes Town and Lindos, it is the perfect getaway for guests who want peace and relaxation while still being close to everything. Taverns, supermarkets, and cafeterias are just 1.5 km from the villa. Rhodes International Airport is approximately 25–30 km away, about a 30–40-minute drive, depending on traffic.
