Olivo is a brand new, modern apartment with all the necessary amenities to enjoy your holidays in Kos to the fullest. Located on the 1st floor, it has a balcony, partial sea view & outdoor furniture. It is located in Zipari area, within walking distance from the sandy beach of Tigaki (1km), 15km from the airport & 6km from Kos town. The traditional village of Zia, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets & traditional cuisine, is just 4km away.
Olivo is located in a quiet neighbourhood, has a private entrance and on-street parking. It features a balcony and outdoor furniture. Within 100 meters you are able to find all you need: pharmacy, gas station, supermarket, bus stop, kiosk, cafe and food options (bakery, grill house etc). The house is located within a ten minute walk from sandy Tigaki beach (max. 1 km away). The bus stop connecting Zipari with Kos town and all the other locations on the island such as (Zia, Marmari, Antimacheia, Kardamaina, Kefalos etc) is only 100 meters away!
