Olympia Zervea Studios is located in the lovely traditional village of Kardamili, in the Mani region of the Peloponnese, in the Prefecture of Messinia. It is built on a private 1 acre estate, amphitheatrically and offers a splendid view. It is 100m (330ft.) from Kardamili’s main road and 150m (500ft.) from the sea. It is a traditional two storey building, that offers comfort in a quiet and beautifully arranged environment. On the ground floor, there is an apartment of 50 sq.m. which can accommodate up to 4 persons, recently renovated completely. It is fully equipped and comprised of a large living room with dining table, T.V., convertible couch for 1 or 2 persons, large kitchen with all utensils, all in open plan, access to a fully equipped large veranda with view in the garden. There is also a double bedroom with two bedside tables, large closet, dressing table with mirror, T.V. and access to a large veranda and garden. The toilet shower is large and comfortable. All areas have air-conditioning (hot-cold). The apartment is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It offers accommodation in a quiet environment not on the busy road.
Restaurants (taverns), ATM, bars, gift shops, Super Markets, Pharmacy are in walking distance from the property.
