This ground-floor apartment is a comfortable one-bedroom stay in Vathy, Ithaca, ideal for couples, small families, or up to 3 guests. It offers a private bedroom, private bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen connected with the living area. The apartment has a simple, modern, and relaxing style, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sea view and spend quiet moments during the day or evening. The property is located in a peaceful area, about 8–10 minutes on foot from the center of Vathy. Piso Aetos Port, where the ferries arrive, is about 15–20 minutes away by car. Please note that the apartment does not have private parking, but free street parking is available nearby.
Orizon Sea View is a small family-run property in Vathy, Ithaca. Our family is happy to welcome guests and help them enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay on the island. My parents, who live locally, will usually welcome guests on arrival and help them settle into the apartment. They mainly speak Greek and a little English, but I am always available as the main contact and speak English very well, so communication will be easy before and during your stay. We are happy to help with any questions, tips, or local recommendations, while also giving guests the privacy and quiet they need to relax and enjoy their holiday.
The apartment is located in Vathy, in the quiet area of Matzarata, just outside the busy center. It is a peaceful location with a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful sea view, ideal for couples and families who want to enjoy a calm stay while still being close to everything. The center of Vathy is within easy walking distance, around 5–10 minutes away. There you can find cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, shops, and everything you may need during your stay. The walk to the center is mainly through a path that leads down from the property, making it easy and convenient. The location is also a good starting point for exploring Ithaca’s beaches and nearby areas by car. It offers a nice balance between quiet surroundings, sea views, and quick access to the center of Vathy.
