The 90m maisonette is located in a wonderful estate in the Pera Meria location at an altitude of 387m. The location will allow you to have a beautiful, peaceful holiday and enjoy the wonderful panoramic views from the terraces of the maisonette, the estate and the surrounding area. The space has 2 bedrooms (one on each level) with a double bed and air conditioning, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, basin, sink (one on each level). Ideal for families or for couples who want to share their holiday together but have comfort and privacy on the different levels of the maisonette. Just 15 minutes by car to Orkou Beach and Sykamia Beach! On the estate there are other independent residences including the host. In the surrounding area of the estate you may meet the little pet friends Goufi and Nefeli!
Hello, I am Anastasis and I would be happy to host you at my residence on the wonderful Cycladic island of Kea. I am welcoming, patient with a good sense of humor. My hobbies are swimming and hiking the wonderful trails of my island! I like to spend time with my friends and good company in small tavernas of the island chatting and relaxing under the Greek sky.
The residence is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of the island, due to the fact that it still remains commercially unusable, Pera Meria. This will enable you to spend peaceful days and nights away from the hustle and bustle of the center of the island. Nevertheless, from this point you will be able to access most of the beaches and other points of interest of the island in just 15-20 minutes by car. Pera Meria is at an altitude of 387m and from our accommodation you can enjoy the panoramic view!
