An authentic traditional Greek stone cottage located in the rural area of paradisi, but only 5 minutes by car, or 15 minutes by foot, to the centre of kos town and the harbour. Surounded by trees, aromatic herbs, shrubs, it was originally built in the mid-1950’s and has now been lovingly restored (April 2023) and refurbished to today’s modern standards, whilst still keeping its old time charm.The exterior stone built, charcoal grill will inspire you to enjoy a hearty BBQ. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace and have your dinner watching the amazing sunset over the mountains of Kos. In the separate stone, wood-burning oven you can bake your own bread, pizza or whatever you desire .. An attractive decorative well, situated on the patio, enhances the nostalgic ambience.
In addition to the bathroom/ WC, there is also an extra W.C.

a quiet, rural setting above the seashore, with a mountain view and a side view towards the seashore and the turkish coastline
Allthough it is feasable to be on foot, as the cottage is in walking distance to the beach, the marina, the harbour and kos town, it is advised to rent a bicycle, scooter or car in order to explore the island in general.
