"Perdika Bayview House" is a 120sq.m 2 bedroom house , with spacious livingroom and fully equipped kitchen and large verandas with amazing bay sea view. It offers all needed facilities to make your holidays a pleasant and carefree experience. Furnished with traditional style creating a cozy atmosphere. Few steps below the house there is a beautiful , rocky beach with crystal clear water and amazing sunset !! During summer afternoons you may be lucky to see dolphin groups hanting in the bay !!

The House is located at a quiet & pictureque neighbourhood in the most beautiful part of Aegina island, the traditional fishing village of Perdika. The sea view of the bay is amazing with a very pictureque road around St.Sozon church for romantic walks at the unique sunset . The house is located in walking distance from seaside restaurants, coffee shops and bars as well as very close to supermarkets, fruit market ,bakery & pharmacy. It is also closed to rocky and sandy beaches of the area. At walking distance you can find the boats that sail to Moni island very often within the day , an experience you must not miss !
