A cosy apartment in the heart of Paralia Ofriniou, located approximately 200 m from the beach. Comprised of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The well-fitted kitchen features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven. The air-conditioned apartment offers a flat-screen TV, a private entrance, a tea and coffee maker as well as private back garden and a front balcony. The unit comes with bed linen and towels. Upon request, a baby cot can be provided. There is a swimming pool located at the complex, access-free for guests.
Perla Complex is located close to the main street of the city. With easy access to the beach, grocery stores, local bakeries, butcher and fish shops, and others. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and a brunch places within few hundred metres from the property. The nearest airport is Kavala International Airport. Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 100km away or 1 hour drive.
