I have worked in tourism from a young age and built my career in five-star hotels as a cook, working with love and dedication for many years. I still truly love to cook and today I supervise our restaurant, so that every guest can enjoy a wonderful meal. Running a hotel is an intense and creative job, but when it is done with love and care it rewards you greatly, especially when your efforts are met with the satisfaction and smiles of your guests. In this work I meet fascinating people from all over the world. Most of the time they arrive as guests and leave as friends. I love my country and enjoy travelling in the winter to the other beautiful Greek islands and the mainland. In my free time I also enjoy hiking in nature and have a personal interest in mineralogy and paleontology.
