Στο δρόμο για τα Μαστιχοχώρια, μόλις 7 χλμ. έξω από την πόλη της Χίου, στην περιοχή του Κάμπου, το κτήμα "ΠΕΡΛΕΑΣ" συνδυάζει μοναδικά τη σπάνια ομορφιά ενός παλιού αρχοντικού (χτισμένο το 1650) με τη ζωντάνια μιας υποδειγματικά καλλιεργούμενης έκτασης 17 στρεμμάτων. Tο κτιριακό συγκρότημα του ΠΕΡΛΕΑ ακολουθεί τις χαρακτηριστικές γραμμές της γενοβέζικης αρχιτεκτονικής με εμφανή όμως τη χρήση ντόπιων δοκιμασμένων υλικών, γεγονός που προσδίδει την ανάλαφρη γλυκύτητα, που απ' άκρη σ' άκρη αποπνέει όλο το κτήμα.
