Petra Mare Villa is a quiet, family-friendly villa located just 100 metres from a sandy beach with clean calm waters suitable for children and adults, surrounded by pine trees and natural greenery. The beach is visited mainly by the people of the nearby houses (its not mass tourism beach). The villa offers generous indoor and outdoor space, an open parking space,making it ideal for families who value comfort, privacy and a relaxed seaside atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a private garden, shaded outdoor areas, BBQ facilities and easy access to the beach without the need of a car. We enhance also your safety with security cameras covering the parking area and the main entrance points to the property. Inside, the house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a comfortable living area suitable for families travelling together. Extra sofa beds are there for different sleeping arrangements. Petra Mare Villa is ideal for calm, family holidays and nature-oriented stays. It is not recommended for loud gatherings. Quiet hours apply from 15.00-17.30 and from 23.00 -08.00. Guests often spend their mornings at the beach, afternoons resting in the garden, and evenings enjoying a quiet dinner or a walk by the sea. The villa is designed for relaxed, unhurried holidays rather than nightlife or parties.

Petra Mare Villa is located in a quiet seaside residential area between Kallithea and Kriopigi, surrounded by greenery and just a short walk from the beach. The area is ideal for families and guests seeking a relaxed holiday close to nature. A coastal road runs nearby, providing easy access to the surrounding villages, beaches, and local amenities. While this ensures convenience and good connectivity, light road noise may be present at peak times. Restaurants and mini-markets are available within walking distance, while nearby hotels offer additional facilities for a fee. A car is recommended for guests who wish to explore the wider area and nearby beaches more comfortably. The beach in front of the property is sandy and natural, backed by trees, offering a pleasant and peaceful setting for swimming and seaside walks. The beach is accessible across the road through a natural gently inclined pathway through the forest. Also to note that it is the tenants responsibility to use the barbeque safely and not on windy or extremely hot days, due to the closeness to forested area.
