The location of the villa (2 floor maizonette) is in the best place of Aegina island, only 2 kilometres from the port. its about 15 minutes walking distance, 2-3 minutes by car (cost of taxi euro 5). The villa is in the left side of a 2 complex villas about 90 s.m each has swimming pool and a big space of garden in front of the sea. The neibhourhood is very quiet and someone can relax and enjoy privacy and unique vacations without the noice and dust of the centre in the port of aegina. It is absolutely safe area for children and adults. There are two restaurants near to the house (about 500 metres walking distance)
