The space The Villa is ideal for couples who want to relax on the beach, but it is also suitable for families with children. It is part of an identical houses complex .The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood, in front of from the beautiful sandy beach of Fourka. The house is formed into three floors. -The 1st floor has a spacious living room with a sofa that turns into double bed, WC a fully equipped kitchen smart ANDROID IP TV and 2 spacious balcony. The kitchen has a big fridge/refrigerator, a modern stove, a coffee machine, a toaster and a . microwave oven. Plates, silverware, knives, glasses, tablecloths. There is a extra small WC with washing machine in 1st floor -The 2nd floor has one bedroom with a double bed and a large enhanced closer and an other bedroom with a sofa that turns into double bed and 2 spacious balcony The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer . - The 3rd floor is a attic with one new double bed as you can see in photo

It is located near the Beach of Fourka Village . The location is perfect to wander about Halkidiki , only 5 minutes walk to the Fourka Square and near the best restaurants, bars, cafes and beach . Your stay starts with a bottle of wine. Hope you enjoy your time and discover the beauty of Halkidiki . Well maybe not that last one, but hopefully you will leave us relaxed, contented, and rejuvenated! ATTENTION The visitors must understand that Fourka village its a summer place and most of shops , bar, supermarket and restaurant are open only in summer period (15 May -15 September).
