Το διαμέρισμα προσφέρει άνετο και λειτουργικό περιβάλλον, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση μετά από μια μέρα στην πόλη. Η διακόσμηση είναι minimal και καθαρή, ενώ οι παροχές έχουν επιλεγεί ώστε να εξασφαλίζουν άνεση και ευκολία σε κάθε επισκέπτη.
Καλώς ήρθατε! Μου αρέσει να υποδέχομαι επισκέπτες από όλο τον κόσμο και να κάνω τη διαμονή τους όσο πιο ευχάριστη γίνεται. Αγαπώ τα ταξίδια, τη γνωριμία με νέους ανθρώπους και το να μοιράζομαι μικρές τοπικές συμβουλές που κάνουν τη διαμονή πιο αυθεντική.
Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Καλαμίτσα, σε ήσυχο και εύκολα προσβάσιμο σημείο, ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να συνδυάσουν χαλάρωση, θάλασσα και άνεση. Σε απόσταση μόλις 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται η όμορφη παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, χωρίς να χρειάζεται χρήση αυτοκινήτου. Η περιοχή είναι ιδιαίτερα φιλική προς τις οικογένειες, καθώς δίπλα στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν οργανωμένες αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις και παιδικές χαρές, με γήπεδα τένις, μπάσκετ και βόλεϊ.
