Lovely warm comfortable and stylishly furnished apartment. Private bedroom, bathroom, and balcony with use of the private kitchen. Suitable for the whole family and couples that they want to spend their vacation in Nea Roda.
My name is Ioannis Svoukis and I am living in the Netherlands the past few years. My hometown is Nea Roda Chalkdiki, Greece. I love sports, traveling and reading books
The apartment consists of: 1. Fully equipped kitchen. 2. Two bedrooms with double beds, closets and a small balkony. 4. One room with a sofa that can be a bed too and a working space (desk and chair) 3. One internal bathroom and an external shower. 4. Living room with two sofas and a TV 5. Balcony with chairs and tables My family will be always available for any questions that you could have regarding the area and your visit in general. Also, we are happy to give you tips and suggestions. We are always looking forward to hosting great people. The visitors can store in a safe place their pieces of luggage after the check-out and take them when they decide to leave the village. My place is located in a very good location: 1. It is very close to the beach (150m/2 min walking distance) 2. Quiet neighborhood, with free parking available 24/7 3. Bakery and Grocery store are located very close (100m and 50m/1 min walking distance) 4. The bus station is 5 min walking distance
