These houses are just outside the village, close enough to walk in 2 minutes, but far enough to lose the noise, and provide an uninterrupted sea view.
The beauty of nature and ancient history come together in Mochlos. You can swim in the sea, climb a mountain, or visit a cave or canyon or archaeological site in the same day and almost the same place. End the day with a delicious authentic Cretan meal in one of the family-run tavernas which are favorites with locals from all over this side of Crete.
