A spacious apartment located in a quiet central neighborhood, decorated with style and fully equipped, can host up to 5 people. It has an ideal location that provides close walking access to all points of interest in the city. It is composed by a nice living room with a/c, a couch (transformable in bed), a study space, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, two comfy bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment has central heating and air-condition in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms, also there are ceiling air fans . Last but not least, the apartment has VDSL internet access.

The apartment is located in the city center, next to the Court Building and Public Theater, just 300m from the central square with the shopping district, the popular cycle-route and the big pedestrian street that brings you to the Storical Centre (1km) and the Venician Castle (1.5km), the big castle with the open railway and antique train museum (400m) and the popular beach of Kalamata (1km). The university is located just 1,8km away. Very close to a bakery, supermarket, bust stop, taxi stop, pharmacy, caffes, bars and local restaurants. In the storical centre (1km) you can find the most important sites as the Temple of Saints, The archaeological musem, the Benakeio and the Military Museum, The regional Pinacoteque and the Modern greek arts Pinacoteque.
