Blue and White is located in Kremasti village only 3km from Diagoras airport and 10km from Rhodes town. The village is known for its traditional Greek atmosphere and friendly locals. In the village square there are cafes, local taverns, grocery stores with fresh fruits and vegetables, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies. One of the main attractions in Kremasti is the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, a beautiful Byzantine church with impressive frescoes and a peaceful atmosphere. Kremasti is also famous for its annual festival dedicated to the Virgin Mary, which takes place on August 15th. This celebration includes religious ceremonies, music and dancing attracting visitors from all over the island. The Panhellenic Craft Exhibition is also hosted here, from August 14 - 22. Kremasti beach with its crystal clear waters and natural environment create an idyllic landscape is just 300m from the house. The sand and pebble beach with many trees is less crowded compared to the other beaches closer to Rhodes Town. There are several areas along this long beach where you can rent sun beds and parasols. The almost constant breeze provides perfect conditions for windsurfing and kite surfing. It is possible to rent equipment on the beach. Blue and White House location with quick access to the national highway is perfect for travelers who want to explore Rhodes. Visit beautiful destinations such as Faliraki, Antony Quinn Bay, Stegna Beach, Tsambika Beach and Lindos Town. Very close to the property is the Butterfly Valley and Kameiros Skala where you can enjoy fresh fish from the Aegean. On the way to Rhodes town, visit Filerimos Mountain, a prominent landmark on the island, with its archaeological value and dozens of peacocks and enjoy the natural beauty, historical buildings, and stunning views of the island and the sea.
