The Villa is a two story property that consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge and full kitchen. Newly decorated modern villa with access to mountain views. The property has Satellite tv with English films, CD player and DVD player for English films and CD's. There is a large sofa bed which turns into a double bed. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge and has a fridge freezer, cooker and hob and a full size dishwasher. The lounge, kitchen and shower room are located on the 1st floor with internal and external stairs to access them. The lounge has access to the balcony which has a Rattan corner sofa, table and stools. There is also the 2nd toilet/shower room on this floor. The ground floor has 2 Double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bedroom 1 has a king size bed with bedside tables and a dressing table. You have patio doors leading to the outside Terrace and Garden. The 2nd has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. This room also has patio doors leading to the terrace and garden. You will find a free welcome pack on your arrival .

Hi, we would like to welcome you to our home. We both worked in Mental Health hospitals before deciding to follow our dream which was to live in Greece. It has taken us around 18 months for the dream to come true as we were looking for the right property and a friendly neighbourhood . We wanted to re locate to Greece and fell in love with Catalonia or as we say in England Kefalonia. .

The Villa is in a Greek neighbourhood, the people here speak very good English and are always happy to help and give advise. We love it here because of the people. At the bottom of the road there is a Cheese shop and a restaurant. The cheese shop makes the cheese on the premises and it also has a supermarket which is small but does sell the essentials.
