Live like a local and experience the impressive towering rocks and ancient clifftop monasteries at our newly restored Guest House located in the heart of Kalabaka Old Town. Comfortably blending modern conveniences with traditional charm, the apartment sits literally under the majestic and breathtaking rocks of Meteora.
THE OLD TOWN IS HILLY AND WITH A FEW STEPS AND THUS MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR SOME PEOPLE. Rocks Republic is just a short stroll to one of the oldest and most precious churches of Greece, the Church of Virgin Mary (3 mins), and to a footpath leading to the Holy Trinity Monastery (40 mins). All the magic of Kalabaka Old Town is literally on your doorstep. Additionally, the accommodation is only a 12-min walk to the town centre, which has lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as artisan stores. Also, there is a wide range of activities you could do in the area, such as hiking, climbing, truffle hunting, horse-riding. Bikes and electric bikes are also available to rent.
