After booking the *Studio with Sea-View Balcony (1st or 2nd Floor)*, guests are assigned to any available first- or second-floor studio. Specific floor requests cannot be accommodated or guaranteed. Beach Access: A pathway from our lawn leads to the beachfront road below. The route includes a short section of gently sloping stone steps and may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility impairments.
Bars and traditional Greek restaurants are within walking distance. A mini-market and bakery are about 700 metres (0.4 miles) away, including approximately 300 metres (0.2 miles) uphill. Another mini-market is located on the beach road, about 550 metres (0.34 miles) away.
