The Garden House it is a comfortable studio of 50 sq.m. which has a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress and a sofa/bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The big advantage of the garden house is the surrounding area, the large veranda with a swing and the courtyard area with a dining room, bar and barbecue. The garden house is the ideal accommodation for a couple, family with children as well as for pets
The neighborhood where the garden house is located has many advantages It is located 200 meters from the beach, with organized beach bars and sunbeds, 50 meters from the garden house is the small port of Kavala with the famous fish tavern Savvas with fresh fish, as well as many restaurants with meat, fish, ice cream and sweets Outside the garden house there is a car park for free parking
