Samothrakis Michelangelo 101 luxury apartment is situated in the capital of Samothraki, the so-called Chora and is 6 km from the port. The village is very picturesque and built amphitheatrically on the ruins of the medieval castle of Gattiluzzi. A general characteristic of the architecture of the village is the cobblestoned narrow streets and the traditional houses which in many cases are adjusted to each other in order to keep the warmth. The whole village is announced as a preserved traditional settlement . The church of Chora is dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and includes old murals and beautiful paintings of Saints.
