Villa Savinka, with 4 bedroom, is a unique historical building on the coast of the Saronic Gulf. It was built in 1969 by a famous architect, in a shape of a ship, designed by the world famous pianist who has lived here for 20 years. The last renovation of the house was in 2021. The villa is located 50 meters from the beach with its own access to the sea. At the bottom of the villa is a small church, which creates an atmosphere of privacy and peace. The house has its own territory and garden, with a total area of ​​4000 sq.m., fruit trees grow in the garden (figs, peaches, tangerines, oranges and lemons) that you can eat. Also on the territory of the house there is a BBQ with everything you need and a swimming pool. The uniqueness of the pool is that it is filled with sea water and is updated every 3 days. The house is next to Epidavros Village where you can find shops and restaurants. As well as the Ancient Theater of Epidavros (4th century BC), which have a theater festival in July and August.
