The apartments are brand new, luxury offering both city and sea view, located in Kalamitsa settlement, a quiet and hospitable neighborhood both for couples and families can satisfy even the most demanding visitor. Kalamitsa Beach , 3-minutes walk from the property, is an organized , no entrance fee , family sandy beach with crystal clear waters on the west side of the city, which has been awarded with the Blue Flag several times The city's shopping center is a short drive but you can also go there by bus as there are two bus stops very close to the house. And of course you can visit more organized beaches such as Batis Multiplex and Tosca Beach and of course the famous Ammolofoi Beach at a distance of 2 to 15 km. Within 500 metres you can reach a sports centre with an outdoor playground where anybody can enjoy his/ her coffee, while the children are playing . The appartments come with 1 or 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a seating area with a big flat-screen TV and they are ideal for 2,4, or 6 people : families with 2 or 4 young children , 1-2 or 3 couples or even a group of 6.
