Property info

The apartment is fully renovated (year 2020), luxury offering both neighborhood and sea view, can satisfy even the most demanding visitor. It is located in the heart of the village of Nea Peramos Kavala's, at a very hospitable neighborhood both for couples and families. The central beach of Nea Peramos is only 1-minute walk away (30m), and is an organized, no entrance fee, family sandy beach with crystal clear waters, which has been awarded with the Blue Flag several times And of course you can visit the famous Ammolofoi Beach at a distance of 5 km. Within 500 meters you can reach a sports center with an outdoor playground where anybody can enjoy his/her coffee, while the children are playing. Just in front of the apartment there is a supermarket open all day, while there are a lot of taverns and stores in the area. The apartment comes with 2 bedrooms with two big flat-screen TVs, a bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, and they are ideal for 4-7 people : families with 4 young children ,2 families, 3 couples or even a group of 7.
