“Sea Breeze” villa is situated on the eastern side of Zakynthos in Tragaki village, on the seafront of Donkey Beach and just one kilometre from the famous touristic resort of Tsilivi. The Sea Breeze Villa is a two-storey building, fully furnished with a panoramic view. The ground floor offers the visitor a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area as also a W.C. The first floor area has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an office area. The second floor, the mezzanine, is consisted of one big bedroom with a king size bed, a sofa - bed, bathroom and balcony. All the areas of the villa have spacious balconies with a beautiful panoramic view to the sea the olive groves and beyond. The surrounding spaces of the villa feature outdoor living areas, a spacious beautiful garden with a covered BBQ and a panoramic view, where you can relax and enjoy the deep blue of Ionian Sea and the beautiful sunsets.

The villa is situated in a panoramic location, offering an outstanding view to the sea and is very close to the sandy beach named “Donkey” (about 150 meters) which is perfect for children. There is also a small harbor. In a close distance there are some traditional tavernas where you can try the zakynthian local cuisine and several places that you can visit and explore, such as the village of Tragaki where you can have your greek coffee in the one of the oldest café (kafeneio) of Zakynthos of which the building was saved by the earthquakes of 1953. Apart from Donkey Beach there are some other organized beaches (Tsilivi beach, Amboula beach) with crystal blue clear water and they all bear the “Blue Flag”. In a walking distance (700 meters approximately) you can visit the old monastery of the Holy Mother (Panagia Dermatousa) and wonder around in the beautiful forest . In the area there is also an open air theater where during the summer there are many music events (concerts, theater, jazz concerts). Tourist resort Tsilivi is also in a close distance (20 minutes walking and 5 minutes driving) where there are many restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets.
