Welcome to our Sea Esta Apartment in Nea Peramos! It is located in an old apartment building in the heart of the charming village of Nea Peramos, Kavala, few meters away from the beach and the central promenade. Just few steps around the corner and you get to all the bars, shops and taverns in the central part of Peramos. The condo has been entirely renovated in Juni 2022 and it is equipped with all the amenities you may need for a relaxed and calm stay. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a stylish and unique design. You also can enjoy a nice sea view from the one of the two balconies. The apartment is on the third floor of a building without elevator and therefore is not suitable for persons with disability.
