Perdika Sea Soul is literally built at the water’s edge at one of the most idyllic spots of Perdika village, the traditional and well-known fish village of Aegina. It is privileged with direct access and panoramic view to the sea and the surrounding area. Fully equipped and designed to offer comfort and relaxation. The undisputed sea view and serenity of the island’s landscape is completed by the crossing of the local fishing boats and the sounds of the seabirds. Perdika Sea Soul is an apartment on the 1st floor of the building, situated at the west end of the village, with an independent outside staircase. It consists of two spacious air-conditioned double-bedded bedrooms, both with stanning sea view, a large bathroom with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen connected to a bright and cozy living room and a very big balcony with panoramic view, tents and furnished with a large terrace dinning table set. Free Wi-Fi and spacious public parking area in front of the house is also offered. Its well cared garden gives off a mix of scents and offers lemons and oranges straight from the trees.
Right in front of Perdika Sea Soul lays a picturesque sidewalk by the sea, ideal for relaxing walking, exercise activity or magical sunset gazing. The apartment has direct access to a rocky beach in front, as well as to an exhilarating pine tree spinney where children can play and socialize care free. Within walking distance there are supermarkets, bakery shops, the pharmacy and of course the village’s traditional marina with plenty of restaurants and cafes. From there, you may hop on one of the all-day operating boats to the isle of Moni and within 5 minutes of fun boating you reach the isle’s magical turquoise waters, sandy beaches, adventurous caves and pine tree forest that lays up the sea level and be welcomed by the isle’s numerous inhabitants; the peacocks and the dears. The large and organized sandy “Klima” beach is only approximately 8-10 minutes away by car. You can reach Aegina downtown in only 10-12 minutes, the famous archaic Temple of Aphaia in 30 minutes and the impressive Saint Nektarios Cathedral in approximately 20 minutes. Only 40 minutes away from Athens, Aegina invites, welcomes and impress guests throughout the year.
