PARKING FOR 3 CARS IN THE YARD OF 400 sq. metres, VERY QUIET PLACE ,SILENCE FOR PERFECT SLEEP , YOY ARE LISENINIG MAINLY BIRDS , SMALL GARDEN SHOWER, 4 FULLY AIRCONDITIONED ROOMS IN THE HOUSE, EXCELLENT VIEW OF THE VALLEY AND IN 4 KM THE SEA,, 7 MINUTES DRIVING TO THE FAMOUS <WHITE SAND> BEACHES . 5 MINUTES DRIVING TO THE NEXT VILLAGE <NEA PERAMOS>, and the various restaurants. 20 MINUTES DRIVING TO THE CITY OF KAVALA. 1,5 HOURS EASY DRIVING TO THE CITY OF THESSALONIKI WHERE THE FAMOUS HYATT CASINO IS , MALLS AND THE WHITE TOWER.

Ήσυχη γειτονιά, ακούς κυρίως πουλιά , θα έχεις ήρεμο ύπνο, με 3 θέσεις παρκινγκ δεν θα έχεις καθόλου άγχος. Απόλαυσε την μεγάλη βεράντα 30 τετρ μέτρων με θέα τον κάμπο , το βουνό και στο βάθος τη θάλασσα στα 4 χλμ.. Γύρω απο το σπίτι υπάρχουν κτήματα με ελιές ανατολικά , νότια και δυτικά.
