PROPERTY INFORMATION Seapalm House offers beach front accommodation at Kassandra Halkidiki in Hanioti Village. The property boasts views of Toroneus Gulf and it belongs to Maistrali Residence. Seapalm House is located on the ground floor of the building with a private beach front garden. The property is suggested to families as it is kids friendly. It belongs to a wonderful complex of houses with palm trees and green lawn around the place just in front of the beach. On the mezzanine there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom (WC/shower). On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an indoor dining area and an outdoor dining area at a sea front garden with barbecue equipment. In the basement there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms (WC/shower) and a washing machine. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with one single and one pull-out bed. So, the maximum of people we can accommodate is 8! A flat-screen SMART TV, FREE WIFI and one private parking slot free of charge are offered to our guests. There are totally 5 AC units to cool or heat the place for a pleasant stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION If you get out of the settlement's back entrance and head left, you will reach Hanioti Village Square in about 6 min walking distance (450m). The beach in front of the house is clean and a nice place to swim but in case you've rent a car, I’d suggest you visit the nearest beach bars and restaurants as well. In most of them you can order coffee, cocktails, snacks, lunch or even dine in front of the sea! If you get out of the settlement's back entrance and head up to the main road, AB Super Market is located 450m from the lodge. It is open every day till 21.00- even on Sundays - to buy all the necessities for your stay! The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport, 95 km from the property.
