This beautifully decorated house in located in a unique spot at the very edge of Otzias beach. Close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. A mere 500m and a dead-end pathway makes the difference for complete privacy and serenity. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.
As a set designer I seek aesthetics in my surroundings and this house represents this moto.
Kea is a rare gem that needs to be discovered. Otzias village offers full island experience. Our private cliff is the best spot on the island. Period! *)
