Welcome to the Villa Clio in Nikiti, built in 2014, a modern and spacious vila of 2 bedrooms with both having access to its large balcony. The villa is surrounded by low residential buildings and summer houses, full of green and only 50 meters to the beautiful beach of Nikiti. Villa Clio (approximately 88 sqm) is furnished, fully equipped with modern appliances (there is also a dishwasher), with an open kitchen and with a lot of light. There is an air-conditioner for the hot days of summer and there are 2 wc (1 on each floor) and 1 bathroom (with a shower) on the second floor. The second floor has also an airconditioner.
