A Spacious maisonette in Artemida, Greece. The house is 90 sqm of comfort with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with one sofa bed, veranda, garden, and parking. It is ideal for couples, groups of up to 6 members and it is also very family friendly (baby cot and chair provided for babies and infants). This stylish house is made up of two spacious levels, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms (One Master), the master bedroom has two large balconies ( front and back) with access to the roof, the second has two single beds. The ground floor is unified and has, a fully equipped kitchen( microwave, toaster/waffle maker/grill, and all utilities) ready to cover all your needs, a WC, garden ( front & back). The house was fully renovated in 2018 and all items are brand new. All rooms, except the smallest one, have an air conditioner, also all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The Seaside Maisonette House promises to provide an unforgettable getaway, as it is located 3 minutes away from the beach and the water and all other amenities are located very close! Additional Information: - The City center, a pharmacy, a supermaket, restaurants, bars, etc and the beach are at a walking distance, only 3 - 5 minutes away. - The house is close to the Airport, 15 Km less than 15 minutes drive and has been recently renovated, so everything is brand new. - The local beach is perfect for kite surfing and water sports. - The Rafina port is only 5 km away, which is a 7 - 10 minute drive. - The Seaside Maisonette House, has a very big space in front of it where you may park your car.
