Calma is a seaside house, 70 meters from the sea, with unlimited view to it and a beautiful garden, fully equipped with all amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines, shampoo and body wash, plus high chair and bed for babies. All rooms have an air conditioner. Private garage. Lovely location.

Quiet neighborhood, consisting of solely vacation houses. In a 400m distance from the picturesque fishing village of Perdika, when one can find taverns, cafes and bars.
