Your are welcome at our luxurious Seaside View Villa which is in the middle of 2 villages Polichrono and Hanioti each approximately 2 km.from the villa. The recently renovated private ground floor of the villa is 140 sq.m., with an open plan comfortable seating- dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing -machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, etc. A fireplace, T.V. and free wifi . It has 3 double air-conditioned bedrooms each with bathroom and w.c. en suite. A hairdryer, iron board and iron are also available. It is a complete private accommodation with a large seating terrace, barbecue area and garden with a table tennis and badminton. Private guest parking. Large shared swimming-baby pool, with playground, sunbeds, giant chess board and minigolf. All free! A 2min. walk . Each guest is at every visit to the pool obliged to buy a beverage or snack at the swimming pool bar and not allowed to bring their own drinks or food. Bring your own beach towel and make sure to take all your belongings when leaving the pool.. The accommodation is fully licensed and complies with all safety regulations for fire etc. We supply bed linen and towels. Beach towels are not provided! If the request is more than the standard of 6 guests, then additional guests can be added for a fee of 25 Euros per day per person.

The host and his mother live in the other part of Seaside View Villa. One of us will welcome you at your arrival and give you the keys and information of everything you like to know. The villa stands on a hill, it takes 2 minutes to go to the seasonal large shared swimming - babypool, belonging to a small family hotel, next to our garden. The pool is very quiet, as the clear sea is preferred by guests. The pool opens at 9.30 am-6.30 pm, from June 15 - Sept. 15/2026 It can change from year to year. You have to take your own beach towel to the pool. You are not allowed to take your own food or drinks . You are obliged to take a drink or snack when visiting the pool The sunbeds, giant chessboard minigolf and ping ping are free of charge. We are available to offer help throughout your stay and make sure you'll have a wonderful time.

Seaside View Villa is situated on a hill, with south facing views of the green olive valleys, which are perfect for hiking. The north facing side of the villa has a beautiful wide seaside view and the second peninsula SITHONIA. The beach is 7 min. walk away and stretches for miles, with nice beach bars, restaurants and floating adventure playgrounds. HANIOTI, is a picturesque popular seaside village. It has all the facilities super markets, bars, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, car-and bike rental, seaside trips, boat rental etc.and a park on the seaside. POLICHRONO a seaside village, also has plenty of facilities. Seaside View Villa stands in the middle of these villages, both about 2 km from the villa. There is a bus stop in front of the villa. Taxi services are available. You can explore the 3 peninsulas of HALKIDIKI by car or bike. A day trip to THESSALONIKI, a beautiful seafront city is recommended. Hiking through the valleys and hills with olive- and pine trees just behind the villa, is also a beautiful experience. The 3 peninsulas have the azure sea all around with sand or pebble beaches and beach bars. On the 3th famous peninsula MOUNT ATHOS, are 20 old orthodox monasteries, 17 Greek, 1 Russian, 1 Serbian and 1 Bulgarian monastery. Boat trips to MOUNT ATHOS are available. MOUNT OLYMPUS: for canyoning etc. PEFKOCHORI beach: (approximately 8 km from Seaside View Villa) is very nice with a floating adventure playground, beach bars etc. POSSIDI: unique and beautiful. POLICHRONO: natural old turtle pond in the forest. KALLITHEA: horse riding. For more activities the local travel agencies will kindly inform you. LOUTRA: baths with natural spring water.
