Villa is located in 300m from the beach. Two-storey villa of 250 sq.m with shared garden covered by 1000 sq.m lawn, perfect for kids. A large 50 sq.m. shared pool and large dining table in the garden. Sit back, relax & enjoy your holidays!

The villa is located in a very quiet area of the Lagonisi resort in Attica, just 20 minutes (drive) from the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos. Near by: -5 minutes on foot (300m distance) there is the closest beach. -4 to 10 minutes (drive) there are local restaurants for sea food, steaks, Italian or Chinese food and of course the famous Greek Souvlaki. - 5 minutes (drive) there are super market, pharmacy, laundry, gas station, health center,etc -25 minutes (drive) away from Ancient Temple of Poseidon at Sounio where you can enjoy breathtaking Full moon in August & September or enjoy your drink or meal with panoramic view at restaurant. - 15 Minutes (drive) from the Beautiful Famous Lake of Vouliagmeni.
