Located in the 133km of the old national road Thessaloniki - Kavala, next to a wonderful sandy beach, our house is the ideal place for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Enjoy the stunning view, the sun, the sounds of the nature and of course the instant access to the sea! The house is built in the center of an olive grove just 5 minutes away from the sea. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a living room. There is also a big balcony and a portable barbecue. The house is on the 133km of the old national road Thessaloniki - Kavala just 5 minutes on foot from a beautiful beach. The city of Kavala is 30 km away and Nea Peramos, a seaside town, and its famous beachside "Ammolofoi" just 12 away from our house. Just by driving a few kilometers you have the opportunity to visit some of the best monuments and sights of the area as " The Appolonia's Tower", "The Ancient Fortress of Kavala", "The Ancient Theater of Philippi". Moreover in Kavala and Nea Peramos there are many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, where you can taste traditional dishes, enjoy your coffee and meet new people.
