The villa is open for you all year round! Located only 20 meters from the beach in the beautiful Paralia Kariani, Greece. It is a two-floor villa, with spacious veranda with sea views and captivating rooftop lounge area with panoramic sea views. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, AC, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher and a bathroom with toilet. On the subfloor there is one bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette. In the backyard there is a bathroom, a toilet with a washing machine and a cozy garden set next to our 25-year old lemon tree. The beach in front of the villa is public and there is no fee for using our umbrella and sunbeds. There is a super market, a bakery, beach bar and restaurants very close to the villa. 620m "En Plo" Beach Bar, Restaurant and minimarket 780m Supermarket "Kantzas" 800m "Agioli Seaside Restaurant" 1 km Bakery "Chrisanthidis Delight" 7.9 km from Paralia Ofrinio 23 km from Asprovalta 29 km from Nea Peramos 42 km from Kavala and 53 km from Serres 290 km from Sofia, Bulgaria
