It is located on the 4th and top floor, at rooftop level, and features a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the city and the mountains. It is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee, a meal, or some quiet time after exploring the city. The studio offers a double bed with the option of adding a folding bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and refrigerator, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, and access to a shared washing machine. The elevator serves up to the 3rd floor and then a few stairs are required to access the studio. The property does not have a private parking space. However, free street parking is usually available directly in front of the building. You may meet three friendly domestic cats in the building’s shared areas. They are clean, neutered, fully vaccinated, and do not have access to the studio. Guests with severe allergies or discomfort around cats are kindly advised to take this into consideration before booking.

Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, a bus stop, and local pita souvlaki restaurant are all nearby, giving guests easy access to everything they may need during their stay.
