IMPORTANT INFORMATION: -Adults-Only Property & Safety: Please note that our property is strictly Adults Only. Owing to safety considerations regarding the outdoor grounds and the pool area, we cannot accommodate children or teenagers under 18 years of age. -The villa is situated on a shared plot of land alongside a second villa. While the two properties share the outer plot and common outdoor areas (such as the main courtyard/grounds), please rest assured that your private pool and immediate sunbathing area are exclusively for your use. There is a light divider separating the two villas, but due to the open nature of the property, you may occasionally see or hear guests from the neighboring house in the shared outdoor spaces. We kindly ask all guests to respect each other's peace and quiet. ⚠️ POOL RULES & LIABILITY The safety of our guests is our top priority. Please be aware of the following safety regulations regarding the private pool: -No Lifeguard/Safety Features: Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, and the pool area is not equipped with safety rails or perimeter fencing. Guests use the pool at their own risk. -Prohibited Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in and around the swimming pool area. -Liability: By booking your stay, you acknowledge these conditions and agree that the host accepts no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property occurring within the pool area. -Failure to follow the house rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. • No parties, events, gatherings, or visitors that are not included in the reservation. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. • Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities. • The maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation.
