In a 2000sq/m garden,240m from sea,beautiful five bedroom villa accomodating 11 persons,with lovely sea view of Aegean Sea ,and unforgettable sunsets Flat screen tvs, and aircondition in every bedroom Fully furnished,and household equipped.Swimming pool,external shower,sun covered and wind protected furnished 500sq/m terrace,with three built in sofas,and two built in dinning tables,sun shaded deck chair Surround music speakers inside and outside,dimmer controlled lightning for romantic dinners. Outside Bar,with a sink, a minibar,and stools. Two BBQs,one with coal,and one with gas and an exterial oven for pizzas etc working with wood.

The villa is situated at Melissaki,a very quiet neighbothood,though only 3klm away from the port, supermarkets,tavernas,bars Atms e.t.c And 3,5 klm away,from one of the best Keas sandy beach called Ksyla. Telegrapf includes Kea among the best "secret "island paradises in Europe.Still largelly undiscovered by foreiners. Athens Airport 40klm from Lavrio port where are more than 4 ferries (one hour trip) everyday during the summer .
