Spitaki Milos is an authentic traditional house dating back to 1819, fully renovated inside to combine Cycladic character with modern comfort. The home is around 54 sqm and is ideal for couples or small families (up to 2 adults + 2 children). It features one bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed, plus a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home. For a comfortable stay year-round, you’ll find A/C in both the bedroom and living room, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a washing machine. What makes it special is the outdoor space: a spacious terrace with a lovely view and a small wooden balcony in a quiet spot—perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and free street/outdoor parking is available nearby (about 50m from the house).

The house is located in Trypiti, a quiet traditional village with a charming atmosphere and easy access to many parts of the island. You’ll enjoy the local lanes and village feel, while major sights such as the Catacombs and the Ancient Theatre are very close by. Plaka is also nearby for an evening stroll and dining, and the picturesque fishing village of Klima is a great spot for photos and sunset. The location is ideal if you want a peaceful base while still being within easy reach of beaches, shops, and the port.
