This is our family holiday home where we mainly spend our summer holidays. The building consists of an elevated ground floor where we live some days during the summer and the first floor which we have recently re-designed to host visitors. Each floor is independent and has its own entrance, with a different orientation on a different side of the building for those who appreciate privacy on their vacations. Also visitors got their own car entrance to the property. The one and only apartment on the first floor where we host guests, is self-contained and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Depending on availability and after request, it may be possible to provide an extra bed to accommodate 4 adults and 1 Children. It consists of a living room/kitchen, a bedroom and a toilet as well as two large comfortable front and back verandas with tables, chairs, sofa bed etc. with sea and mountain views respectively. The building is located on a fenced private plot of about 2000 sq.m. near the main road of Nea Moudania – Nikiti. There is plenty of space for car parking. All sanitary rules are respectfully observed during the delivery of the apartment. The view is excellent and guests enjoy absolute peace and seclusion as the nearest house is away on an adjacent plot and the visitors are alone in the unique first floor apartment. Access to almost the entire plot is available. Friendly support is provided for whatever guests need, with additional conveniences and amenities for cooking and other daily needs, beyond those covered by the apartment. This is not a Hotel and not a luxurious facility. Guests are treated as friends and we make sure they are completely happy enjoying our house exactly as we do. The sea is 5 minutes walking downhill through a forest of pine trees full of birds.
