It offers 6 renovated rooms on the ground floor, two Standard Double or Twin Rooms, one Small Double or Twin Room and two Standard Studios. All provide a balcony overlooking the garden that surrounds the property. The nearest beach is just 300 meters away and invites you for refreshing dips during your summer holidays. Standard Double or Twin Room The two Standard Double or Twin Rooms have an interior space of 23 sq. m. and accommodate two guests. They include a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a space with basic equipment for preparing your breakfast. The furnished balcony of each room offers views of the garden. Small Double or Twin Room Up to 2 people can sleep within the 18 sq. m. of the Small Double or Twin Room. Inside, there is a double bed, a bathroom with shower and all the necessary to prepare a quick breakfast. Open the room's balcony door to enjoy the cool breeze coming straight from the property's garden. Standard Studio There are two Standard Studios in the complex, suitable for up to 2 guests. Each is 20 sq. m. and contains a double or two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a luggage storage area. A separate kitchen with all the basic household appliances is available in both apartments. On the balcony, you will find some outdoor furniture to enjoy with comfort the views of the garden. It is possible to add a baby cot upon request. Stathis Rooms is surrounded by a lush green garden, an ideal place to relax with your family or friends. It includes children's toys and a shaded kiosk with outdoor furniture. The hosts have designed the accommodation with your comfort in mind. The rooms feature comfortable beds, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Netflix and basic household equipment. Daily cleaning service is provided, while linens and towels are changed once a week.
