Excellent location!Only 10 minutes walking distance from kos harbour and old town. The closest beach is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Super markets,bakeries,groceries shops and taverns is only 10 minutes walking distance from the studio. It's 5 minutes away from the city bus station and the long distance bus station. Free parking area at the front of the building.
Μορφωμένος,πτυχιούχος Νομικής Σχολής Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών,για χρόνια ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας Δικηγόρος και τώρα συνταξιούχος,κοινωνικός. Διατηρώ κατάλλειμα ενοικιαζομένων διαμερισμάτων στο νησί της Κω και εχω μακρόχρονη εμπειρία και στις μακροχρόνιες και στις βραχυχρόνιες μισθώσεις. Μου αρέσει ότι εχει να κάνει με την θάλασσα και τις δραστηριότητες που γινοναι σ αυτήν,προτικώ την ελληνική κουζίνα και μου αρέσουν όλοι οι ταξιδιωτκοί προορισμοί γιατί με χαλαρώνουν και με βοηθούν να γνωρίσω άλλους ανθρώπους και άλλες κουλτούρες.
