Stone Villa located in a unique property front of the sea,offers unique seaviews and fully privacy. Ground floor building,constructed by the Ionian traditional way with stones that have been collected from the wider area, decorated with boho elements, consists of: Kitchen / Living room, fully equipped kitchen with oven / hob, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. There is dining room and living room with satellite TV, AC and the balcony door drives to the Pool area. There is one bedroom with one Double King size bed (1.60m), closet, AC and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet,washbasin. There is also second bedroom with one Double King size bed (1.60m), closet, AC and ensuite bathroom with shower,toilet,washbasin.There is a balcony door that leads to the Swimming Pool area. Outdoor located the dining room under the shade of pergola, the sunbeds,BRBQ and of course the private swimming pool of the villa What characterizes Stone villa is the complete privacy it offers and of course the Incredible SeaViews.

Neighborhood info

In one of the most beautiful places of Kefalonia, in the Southwest side of the island located the coastal area of ​​Agios Thomas with the homonymous beach, which has Geological, Paleontological, Aesthetic and Mythological interest. Natural craters have been created on the coastline, which collect seawater, which after evaporating leaves a brine percussion ("afrala") which is collected by the locals and is essentially the "salt flower".
