Quiet studio in the center of Nea Styra. It is located 2 minutes from the port of Nea Styra and is easily accessible from Athens. Beach, supermarkets, shops, restaurant and bars are all within walking distance. The apartment is fully furnished. On the ground floor there is a living room along with a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea. The living room has a sofa that converts into a bed. There is also a smart TV (Netflix, Youtube etc. available). On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed.
You can get to Nea Styra by taking the ferry from Agia Marina, the ferry takes about 40 minutes. The apartment is only 200 meters or a 3 minute walk from the ferry port. If you're coming with a car, public parking is available outside the house.
