This cozy 70m2 apartment has 2 large sleeping rooms and a spacious living / kitchen area. It has excellent views of the sea from nearly every indoor angle. Its big balcony is very welcoming for eating, reading, having fun. The apartment is extremely well insulated remaining cool even in the hottest summer days. You will enjoy it! The apartment also provides free parking, quick internet connection, a swimming pool with garden shower, a pizza oven, big beach umbrella etc. The space The apartment has all the accessories for a comfortable stay including Air Condition, WiFi up to 50 Mbps, Oven with Grill, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Filter Coffee, Washing machine, Iron & Iron board, Fridge, Freezer, Hi-Fi stereo system, TV, Netflix, Table games, Books in different languages, Towels, Bed Linen Sheets, Warm water boiler, Fireplace, Huge Beach umbrella and beach equipment. Guest access The Beach is only 100m away. The sea boasts clean transparent waters & a sandy beach with dark blond sand. For an in depth look at the birthplace of Aristotle (Halkidiki), you can rent a car and visit tourist areas nearby. Advise on the 'must visit' places will be given by Yorgos. Such as archaeological sites, warm healing springs, natural spa's, wineries, nightlife, monasteries, sight-seeings, where to find best souvlaki, where to find best mediteranean forest honey etc. A good choice for your vacation.

Gerakini is located between rolling hills which protect its crystal-clear waters. It is nestled between two of Chalkidiki's peninsula's, which makes its sea at the beach very warm. Its sea waters are also shallow which make it an ideal family destination. Children play safely for hours at the beach without complaints. A variety of water sports, are also available at the next door 5 star Ikos Olivia Hotel. Additionally, the local cuisine is sure to please even the most discerning foodie, and the picturesque landscape provides a perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. For those looking for a unique and authentic Greek holiday destination, Gerakini is an ideal choice.
